For 2010, all Buick Lucerne models receive the fog lamps and rocker panels of the Lucerne Super. CX models are now available with Bluetooth, while 18-inch chrome wheels are optional on the Lucerne Super.

The Buick Lucerne CX Sedan comes standard with air conditioning, cruise control, power windows, cloth seat-upholstery, 8-way front bucket seats, bench rear seat, tilting steering-wheel, AM/FM/Satellite radio with CD-player, internet access, ABS, front airbags, front side airbags, side-curtain airbags, tire-pressure monitor and emergency communication system.
Features available on other trims include dual-zone automatic air conditioning, power sunroof, leather seat-upholstery, power front seat adjustments, heated front seats, ventilated front seats, memory driver seat, telescoping steering-wheel, heated steering-wheel, six-disc changer, wireless connectivity, stability control, adaptive suspension, lane-departure warning and parking assist.
