The Dodge Viper is a dramatically styled and raw sports coupe offering supercar performance from a naturally aspirated 8.4-liter V10 that deploys a massive 645 hp and 600 lb-ft to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission. Seating two in a snug, but much improved cabin, the Viper takes corners as well as it accelerates in a straight-line, and stops just as hard thanks to giant Brembo brakes with optional carbon ceramic discs all-around.
Changes for 2016
A track-oriented American Club Racer (ACR) version joins the Viper lineup for 2016 with carbon ceramic brakes and high-performance tires, a special race-tuned suspension and unique aerodynamic upgrades. The ACR is available with a new ACR Extreme Aero Package that delivers nearly 1 ton of peak downforce at top speed through a massive adjustable dual-element carbonfiber rear wing and rear carbonfiber diffuser. Also included with the package is a unique SRT hood with removable louvers, as well as detachable extension for the front splitter and additional dive planes.
The 2016 Dodge Viper Coupe is available in 4 trim levels.
The Dodge Viper SRT Coupe comes standard with automatic air conditioning, cruise control, navigation system, power windows, cloth seat-upholstery, 6-way front bucket seats, tilting steering-wheel, AM/FM/HD/Satellite radio, internet access, wireless connectivity, ABS, stability control, front airbags, front side airbags, tire-pressure monitor, emergency communication system, Xenon headlights, adaptive suspension and parking assist.
Features available on other trims include leather seat-upholstery and power front seat adjustments.
