Changes for 2012
The 2012 GMC Terrain receives an upgraded audio system featuring a 7-inch display that is also used by the rear-view camera, while the 4-cylinder engine is now E85 capable. In addition, GM's IntelliLink is now available on all models, while SLT-2 V6 models offer lane departure warning and forward collision alert as an option.
The 2012 GMC Terrain SUV is available in 8 trim levels.
The GMC Terrain SLE-1 comes standard with air conditioning, cruise control, power windows, cloth seat-upholstery, 6-way driver bucket seat, 4-way passenger bucket seat, split-folding bench rear seat, tilting and telescoping steering-wheel, AM/FM/Satellite radio with CD-player, internet access, wireless connectivity, ABS, stability control, front airbags, front side airbags, side-curtain airbags, tire-pressure monitor, emergency communication system and parking assist.
Features available on other trims include automatic air conditioning, power sunroof, leather seat-upholstery, power driver-seat adjustments, heated front seats and memory driver seat.
