For 2005, the Infiniti Q45 gets a face-lift with new integrated front fog-lights, a sportier bodykit, and revised taillights. On the inside, improved bucket seats hold the driver in place. The previously optional navigation system and adaptive suspension join the extensive list of standard equipment. In addition, two new bodycolors, Lakeshore Slate and Beryllium, are available, as is a new dual-tone Black and Firebrick interior color.

Completely redesigned for 2002, the rear-wheel-drive Infiniti Q45 looks more aggressive than its predecessor and offers improved handling. Powered by a 4.5l V8 with 340hp, the 2002 Infiniti Q45 is equipped with a host of standard features like traction-control (TCS), Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC), Electronic Brake Force Distribution (EBD), tire-pressure monitors, high-intensity xenon headlights, and Voice Control for the climate control and eight-speaker Bose 300-watt audio system.

Major options include a Navigation Package ($2100), a Sport Package ($1500) including a tightened active damping suspension and 18-inch wheel, and a Sunshade Package ($500). Additonally available is the Premium Package ($8000) that includes all of the above plus power-reclining rear seats, rear seat audio and climate controls, B-pillar face vents, and Rear View Monitor, a video screen that shows what's behind the car.
