Powered by Infiniti's 4.5l 340hp V8, the handsomely styled 2004 Infiniti Q45 offers sporty handling and an extensive list of standard equipment for a comparatively low price. Completely redesigned for 2002 and extensively enhanced in 2003, the Infiniti Q45 carries over to 2004 almost unchanged. RearView Monitor is now standard on all models (previously only available with the Premium Package) and Royal Pewter is available as a new exterior color, replacing Royal Cabernet.

The Infiniti Q45 Luxury comes equipped with an array of standard high-tech and luxury features, like High Intensity Discharge (HID) Xenon headlights, leather seats, heated front seats, dual-zone automatic air-conditioning, RearView monitor, voice activation, and a premium Bose© audio system. Optionally available for the Luxury model is the Journey package, which includes navigation system, Intelligent Cruise Control, and sunshades for the rear windows.
